Killian Hill Christian School makes use of the FACTS Tuition Management Company to collect tuition for our school families as either full-pay or in installment payments as described below:

Installment Payments

Monthly payments may be set up on either ten or twelve equal installments and made payable on the 5th or 20th day of each month. Payments will continue until the balance is paid in full. The 12-payment plan begins in June of each year, and the 10-payment plan begins in July of each year.

The installment payments method can be arranged in one of the following ways:

Automatic Bank Payments (ACH/Direct Drafts)

ACH payments are those payments you have authorized FACTS to process directly with your financial institution. It is simply a bank-to-bank transfer of funds that you have preapproved for your tuition expenses at Killian Hill Christian School. Payments may be made from either your checking or savings account.

Credit Card Payments

Credit card payments are those payments you have authorized FACTS to automatically charge to the card you specify (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA). Please note that an additional 2.75% convenience fee is added to each payment when using this option.

NOTE: Whether making automatic bank payment(s) or credit card payment(s), if for any reason a payment fails, a notification will be sent to the person responsible for the failed payment, and that person will be responsible for any additional fees.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

When/what time will the funds be withdrawn from my bank account?

FACTS specifies the date each payment will occur, but it is your financial institution who determines the time of day the payment is debited. FACTS recommends you check with your financial institution to determine how far in advance the funds should be deposited into your account to ensure the automatic payment clears. If a payment date falls on a weekend or banking holiday, the payment will be attempted the following business day.

How will I be notified of my payment information?

Once your agreement is approved by KHCS and posted to the FACTS system, you will receive a confirmation notification of your payment amount by e–mail or letter. The notification has important information you must have to log on to My FACTS Account. Payments will be processed until the total balance is paid in full.

Can I pay by phone with FACTS?

In accordance with the terms and conditions of your FACTS agreement, payments are processed electronically. FACTS does not accept payments by phone.
