Upon acceptance to Killian Hill Christian School, families will promptly be informed of their eligibility for enrollment or placement in the wait pool, contingent on class availability.

Understanding the Wait Pool:

Killian Hill Christian School, witnessing continuous enrollment growth, upholds its commitment to a balanced educational environment with small class sizes and favorable student-to-teacher ratios. Each grade level is allocated a predetermined classroom capacity to ensure an optimal learning experience.

The Lord has blessed Killian Hill Christian School with devoted families entrusting us to teach their children, thus allowing us to have a high retention rate with a large number of prospective students each year, the number of applicants can exceed the number of seats available in a designated grade level for the current or upcoming school year. Our goal is to maintain optimal class size in each grade level and the wait pool process helps to achieve this goal. The Killian Hill Christian School’s wait pool is an unranked group of students who have been accepted to Killian Hill Christian School, and who we prayerfully hope will be able to join our school family.

Whence a seat becomes available in a particular grade level, families in the wait pool will be promptly notified via email or phone and guided through the enrollment process.

This wait pool policy is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and the maintenance of our commitment to an ideal learning environment at Killian Hill Christian School. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

The student is not officially enrolled at Killian Hill Christian School until the enrollment process is completed.

Nondiscrimination Policy

Killian Hill Christian School admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate based on race, color, national or ethnic origin in the administration of its admissions policies, educational policies, scholarship programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
